December TBR and Reading Plan

Good day bookworms! I wanted to share my reading plans for December with you! I have 16 books planned but I only scheduled 6. I have my Angie Way schedule done until December 25th of the 6 holiday books I plan to read for holiday themed readathons! Then I have a list of 10 more books I want to read if I can squeeze them all in before the end of the year! Below is my scheduled reads and I also have my page tracker ready for #ReadGoodbyeto2020! The reading challenge I’m hosting from December 17-31. More info here.

The missing book from my extras list is Felix Ever After! I will probably switch these up knowing me. I’m sure I will get books for Christmas that I want to read.

So my plan for the month is quite fun. Cyberpunk 2077 is a new video game releasing December 10th that my husband is very excited about playing. Like he won’t shut up about it. He is going to want to be playing that as much as possible which is just fine with me because I will have lot’s of evening reading time. So that will start December 10th. Then I’m on holiday from work starting December 24th all the way until January 3rd! So even more reading time! My goal for the month is to read at least 10 books and I really think I can do better than that.

I am currently reading my scheduled pages of Royal Holiday by Jasmine Guillory and then reading however much I can of The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by VE Schwab. I know a lot of people don’t like to read more than one book at a time. But this system really works for me. I get through the books I want to read for book club, arcs, and buddy reads, reading 80-100 pages per day. And then I mood read whatever extra book I want at the same time. So priority one each day is the scheduled book, for example I will read 80 more pages of Royal Holiday today first, then spend the night reading Addie LaRue! I’ve been using the Angie Way system now for over a year and it’s helped me so much with obligation books! If you have any questions about how it works, there is a highlight and an IGTV video on my Instagram.

Okay that’s my December book plan! Have you planned a TBR for the month?

Happy Reading!
